Pricing for the median home in Mayfield Heights increased during the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Mayfield Heights rose by $19,100 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 98 homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,600 - a 11.8% increase over the $161,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 70 homes sold in Mayfield Heights in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Mayfield Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,684, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
