The third quarter of 2021: Home prices in Richmond Heights increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Richmond Heights rose by $10,000 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $167,500 - a 6.3% increase over the $157,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Richmond Heights in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Richmond Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,409, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
