How did home prices perform in South Euclid during the third quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in South Euclid rose by $26,575 while total sales increased by 26.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 162 homes sold, with a median sale price of $138,300 - a 23.8% increase over the $111,725 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 128 homes sold in South Euclid in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,252, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
