Rising home prices in East Cleveland in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in East Cleveland rose by $11,500 while total sales decreased by 10.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $27,750 - a 70.8% increase over the $16,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in East Cleveland in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in East Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $786, approximately 2.8% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
