Beachwood median home prices rose by 26.7% in September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Beachwood rose by $67,500 while total sales decreased by 18.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $320,000 - a 26.7% increase over the $252,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Beachwood in September 2020.
