Falling home prices in Beachwood in August 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Beachwood fell by $49,375 while total sales decreased by 18.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $260,000 - a 16% decrease over the $309,375 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Beachwood in August 2020.
