Median home prices in Mayfield Heights rose to $189,000 in August 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Mayfield Heights rose by $21,750 while total sales decreased by 39.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $189,000 - a 13% increase over the $167,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Mayfield Heights in August 2020.
