How did home prices perform in Euclid during August 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Euclid rose by $40,000 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 50% increase over the $80,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 63 homes sold in Euclid in August 2020.

The median sales tax in Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,535, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for August 2021.
