Home prices increased in University Heights during July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in University Heights rose by $18,000 while total sales decreased by 13.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $195,000 - a 10.2% increase over the $177,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in University Heights in July 2020.
