Pricing for the median home in Cleveland Heights increased during July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Cleveland Heights rose by $36,250 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 66 homes sold, with a median sale price of $176,250 - a 25.9% increase over the $140,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 88 homes sold in Cleveland Heights in July 2020.
