How did home prices perform in Euclid during July 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Euclid rose by $45,200 while total sales decreased by 24.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 60 homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,000 - a 64.8% increase over the $69,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 79 homes sold in Euclid in July 2020.

The median sales tax in Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,535, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
