East Cleveland median home prices fell by 19.3% in July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in East Cleveland fell by $2,450 while total sales increased by 29.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $10,250 - a 19.3% decrease over the $12,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in East Cleveland in July 2020.

The median sales tax in East Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $786, approximately 7.7% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
