How did home prices perform in South Euclid during the first half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in South Euclid rose by $20,995 while total sales increased by 27.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 284 homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,315 - a 21.1% increase over the $99,320 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 222 homes sold in South Euclid in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,252, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
