Euclid median home prices rose by 31.9% in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Euclid rose by $23,000 while total sales increased by 24.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 418 homes sold, with a median sale price of $95,000 - a 31.9% increase over the $72,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 335 homes sold in Euclid in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,535, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
