Highland Heights median home prices rose by 48.6% in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Highland Heights rose by $114,500 while total sales decreased by 3.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $350,000 - a 48.6% increase over the $235,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Highland Heights in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Highland Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $6,087, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
