The second quarter of 2021: University Heights experienced a 23.8% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in University Heights rose by $41,300 while total sales decreased by 1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 97 homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,000 - a 23.8% increase over the $173,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 98 homes sold in University Heights in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in University Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $6,243, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
