Pricing for the median home in Richmond Heights increased during the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Richmond Heights rose by $37,350 while total sales increased by 3.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $173,600 - a 27.4% increase over the $136,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Richmond Heights in the second quarter of 2020.
