The second quarter of 2021: Home prices in Mayfield Heights increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Mayfield Heights rose by $5,950 while total sales increased by 19%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 94 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,950 - a 3.8% increase over the $155,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 79 homes sold in Mayfield Heights in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Mayfield Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,684, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
