Rising home prices in Mayfield in June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Mayfield rose by $105,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,000 - a 60% increase over the $175,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Mayfield in June 2020.
