Home prices increased in University Heights during June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in University Heights rose by $32,600 while total sales decreased by 2.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $212,500 - a 18.1% increase over the $179,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in University Heights in June 2020.
