June 2021: Home prices in Cleveland Heights increased

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Cleveland Heights rose by $30,000 while total sales increased by 13.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were 99 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 23.1% increase over the $130,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 87 homes sold in Cleveland Heights in June 2020.
