May 2021: University Heights experienced a 27.6% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in University Heights rose by $46,000 while total sales increased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $212,500 - a 27.6% increase over the $166,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in University Heights in May 2020.
