Cleveland Heights home prices rose in May 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in Cleveland Heights rose by $9,550 while total sales decreased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were 72 homes sold, with a median sale price of $147,000 - a 6.9% increase over the $137,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 80 homes sold in Cleveland Heights in May 2020.
