Cleveland Heights median home prices rose by 10.4% in April 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Cleveland Heights rose by $13,250 while total sales increased by 33.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were 91 homes sold, with a median sale price of $141,000 - a 10.4% increase over the $127,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 68 homes sold in Cleveland Heights in April 2020.
