Median home prices in Euclid rose to $100,000 in April 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Euclid rose by $32,000 while total sales increased by 4.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were 64 homes sold, with a median sale price of $100,000 - a 47.1% increase over the $68,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 61 homes sold in Euclid in April 2020.

The median sales tax in Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,535, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for April 2021.
