March 2021: Home prices in Pepper Pike increased

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Pepper Pike rose by $31,000 while total sales increased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $416,000 - a 8.1% increase over the $385,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Pepper Pike in March 2020.
