March 2021: Mayfield Heights experienced a 1.9% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Mayfield Heights rose by $3,000 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $163,000 - a 1.9% increase over the $160,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Mayfield Heights in March 2020.
