March 2021: Home prices in South Euclid increased

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in South Euclid rose by $25,000 while total sales increased by 96.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were 53 homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,000 - a 27.8% increase over the $90,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in South Euclid in March 2020.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,252, approximately 2.8% of the median home sale price for March 2021.
