Home prices increased in University Heights during the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in University Heights rose by $29,500 while total sales increased by 36.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 75 homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,500 - a 18.9% increase over the $156,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 55 homes sold in University Heights in the first quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in University Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $6,243, approximately 3.4% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
