Pricing for the median home in Mayfield Heights decreased during the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Mayfield Heights fell by $3,975 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 77 homes sold, with a median sale price of $149,900 - a 2.6% decrease over the $153,875 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Mayfield Heights in the first quarter of 2020.
