The first quarter of 2021: Home prices in Cleveland Heights increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Cleveland Heights rose by $30,500 while total sales increased by 33.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 209 homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,500 - a 32.1% increase over the $95,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 157 homes sold in Cleveland Heights in the first quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Cleveland Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,500, approximately 3.6% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
