South Euclid home prices rose in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in South Euclid rose by $28,700 while total sales increased by 40.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 135 homes sold, with a median sale price of $118,000 - a 32.1% increase over the $89,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 96 homes sold in South Euclid in the first quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,252, approximately 2.8% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
