How did home prices perform in Euclid during the first quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Euclid rose by $22,000 while total sales increased by 32.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 206 homes sold, with a median sale price of $86,250 - a 34.2% increase over the $64,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 156 homes sold in Euclid in the first quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,535, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
