East Cleveland median home prices rose by 19% in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in East Cleveland rose by $3,750 while total sales increased by 87.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $23,500 - a 19% increase over the $19,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in East Cleveland in the first quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in East Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $786, approximately 3.3% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
