February 2021: Home prices in Pepper Pike increased

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Pepper Pike rose by $167,500 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $527,000 - a 46.6% increase over the $359,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Pepper Pike in February 2020.

The median sales tax in Pepper Pike for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $10,875, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for February 2021.
