Beachwood median home prices fell by 34.2% in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Beachwood fell by $104,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,000 - a 34.2% decrease over the $304,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Beachwood in February 2020.

The median sales tax in Beachwood for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $6,984, approximately 3.5% of the median home sale price for February 2021.
