February 2021: Richmond Heights experienced a 5.5% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Richmond Heights fell by $8,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,000 - a 5.5% decrease over the $153,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Richmond Heights in February 2020.
