Pricing for the median home in Lyndhurst decreased during February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Lyndhurst fell by $17,000 while total sales increased by 9.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 12.4% decrease over the $137,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Lyndhurst in February 2020.
