February 2021: Home prices in South Euclid increased

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in South Euclid rose by $8,050 while total sales remained unchanged with 32 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $112,200 - a 7.7% increase over the $104,150 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in South Euclid in February 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,252, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for February 2021.
