Euclid home prices rose in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Euclid rose by $19,050 while total sales increased by 1.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 60 homes sold, with a median sale price of $86,500 - a 28.2% increase over the $67,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 59 homes sold in Euclid in February 2020.

The median sales tax in Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,535, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for February 2021.
