January 2021: Home prices in Pepper Pike fell

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Pepper Pike fell by $808,500 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $478,000 - a 62.8% decrease over the $1,286,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Pepper Pike in January 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Pepper Pike for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $10,875, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for January 2021.
