Highland Heights median home prices fell by 2.1% in January 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Highland Heights fell by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $230,000 - a 2.1% decrease over the $235,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Highland Heights in January 2020.

The median sales tax in Highland Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $6,087, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for January 2021.
