January 2021: Lyndhurst experienced a 7.8% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Lyndhurst fell by $11,350 while total sales decreased by 35.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $134,000 - a 7.8% decrease over the $145,350 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Lyndhurst in January 2020.
