Pricing for the median home in Euclid increased during January 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Euclid rose by $35,150 while total sales decreased by 44.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $87,500 - a 67.1% increase over the $52,350 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 52 homes sold in Euclid in January 2020.

The median sales tax in Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,535, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for January 2021.
