East Cleveland home prices rose in January 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in East Cleveland rose by $17,500 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $35,000 - a 100% increase over the $17,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in East Cleveland in January 2020.

The median sales tax in East Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $786, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for January 2021.
