Beachwood median home prices rose by 13.7% in December 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2020 in Beachwood rose by $36,250 while total sales increased by 112.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2020, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,000 - a 13.7% increase over the $263,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Beachwood in December 2019.

The median sales tax in Beachwood for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $6,984, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for December 2020.
