December 2020: University Heights experienced a 26.5% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2020 in University Heights rose by $35,150 while total sales increased by 88.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2020, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $167,650 - a 26.5% increase over the $132,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in University Heights in December 2019.
