Cleveland Heights home prices rose in December 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2020 in Cleveland Heights rose by $47,250 while total sales increased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2020, there were 66 homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,250 - a 60.6% increase over the $78,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Cleveland Heights in December 2019.
