The median sale price of a home sold in December 2020 in Euclid rose by $19,480 while total sales increased by 32.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2020, there were 81 homes sold, with a median sale price of $80,000 - a 32.2% increase over the $60,520 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 61 homes sold in Euclid in December 2019.

The median sales tax in Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,535, approximately 3.2% of the median home sale price for December 2020.
