East Cleveland median home prices rose by 45.5% in December 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2020 in East Cleveland rose by $8,050 while total sales increased by 80%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2020, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $25,750 - a 45.5% increase over the $17,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in East Cleveland in December 2019.
